Stlouistech 2 Posted July 31, 2010 I just received my cutter today...Put the stand together and hooked up the machine..I followed the instruction to a T....I manually moved the head to the center by hand slowly...then turn it on...The damn thing goes to the right and sits there and grinds...I turned it off after it doing it for about 4 seconds.....
