barrypatch 0 Posted July 29, 2010 I am not sure what to call it, been one of those days. I have cut a few things tonight, but now I can't see any text in the window that shows online, waiting. the coordinates, etc... All I see is a line of boxes. I have tried taking it off line and moving the vinyl, but nothing is working. I have a feeling this might necessitate a support ticket, but thought I would check here first. It's a Laser Point 24", purchased in April 09. I don't use it alot, but of course I have lots to cut tonight. I have unplugged it and plugged it back in, no luck. Thanks. barrypatch 0 Posted July 29, 2010 Duh me, I looked at troubleshooting section of the manual and discovered the emergency kill switch was pressed. I am using 24" vinyl and I usually use 15".
