nvs7 0 Posted June 27, 2010 Maybe its just me, but I'm having problems setting the cutting blade on the machine. To me it seems like a cheap setup cos the blade holder can just slide out of the arm. You adjust the blade via a long bolt that is housed in plastic and you lock it of with a small nut. The nut comes lose half way through a job, which then you have to adjust again. Adjusting it by hand means that you are meant to move it only 0.1 of a millimeter which is near impossible. Any info would be great Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If not, maybe start there, Your blade holder should not be coming out of the arm as you state, if it is locked down with the thumb screw on the arm. and there should be a locking ring on the blade holder it'self once you get the blade at the depth you are wanting.
