Need help setting up 24" Laserpoint...Very new user!

Hope this is the right place for my post

Just got a 24" laserpoint to help out my printing business.  The thing the call an instruction manual is a joke.

I can't even figure out the stand.  Is there any where I can go for better instructions?  I tried e-mailing USCutter and they sent me to

Which doesn't even open for me.

Also, it said it comes with SignBlazer, but I only got one disc...Is it buried on the disc somewhere?

Thanks for any input...Hope I didn't get myself in over my head!
