three47b 0 Posted June 10, 2010 Hello all I am the owner of a P-Cut ct-1200 I have made several attempts to cut a 40"x 50" decal, but SBE freezes causing the blade to go back to the home position and cutting a diagnol cut all the way back. I grounded the cutter to the stand using 12gauge stranded copper wire & fork terminals, I even wired up a dedicated grounded outlet directly to my panel just for the cutter & continue to have the same problem. What I have gathered from reading the P-cut Forum is that I may be having an issue with my motherboard. My question to you all is, has anyone else had this problem, replaced the motherboard, and resolved their issue? Please Respond, your feedback will determine if I purchase the motherboard. Thank You all in advance. BTW I just ordered a Copam cp-3500 but definitely want to make the P-cut work I've only owned it about 30 days.
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted June 10, 2010 It would still be under warranty after 30 days - put in a support ticket and have them send you a new mb.
