Signblazer - Can not open the output device.

Using Signblazer and have a MH721 cutter. It's been cutting fine and all of a sudden today, when I clicked cut I get error msg "Can not open the output device. Error initializing cutter." Any advice please??

My first inclination would be to ask if you have updated windows or installed additional software during this time period?

Are you using USB? If so, unplug the USB cable from the cutter, wait a few seconds, then plug it in.

I had the same problem today after I defraged my laptop last night. Had to go to setup in signblazer, after i brought up the image to cut, and changed the usb port. Some how it changed itself to another port. Hope that helps.... Jon
