okay I think I have it ready to cut did a test cut and it seemed to work. But this may seem dumb ? I bought this to do a few sticker decals here and there for equipment. Now that I did a test cut and it seems to be set, how do you get that clear sheet on top where you can just stick the decal on at one time and not peeling off each letter/number one at a time.  I have a CTN630 pcut

it is set at

press 65

baud 9600

cut speed 60

It's called transfer or application tape.

And there are as many ways to apply it as there are people that apply it.

Do a serch for transfer or app tape application. Pretty sure there are videos or links to them that will help you out.

For sign vinyl you will need application tape,

Once your design is cut you will weed away the unwanted vinyl.. Lay down the application tape (paper or clear) and squeegee it down. Then you can peel and stick to your surface, squeegee and remove the tape to have the left over decal set in place.
