mwdesigncreate 0 Posted May 13, 2010 Hello All! Can anyone recommend a decent type/brand of vinyl to use for printing labels/stickers for a wide format printer? I would be printing the labels on an Epson Stylus Pro 7600 (ultrachrome model). It's a 24" wide format printer, & contour cutting them on the laserpoint 24" cutter. Any specifics and brands would be a huge help!!! If you have a link to a website that sells it too, that would be even better!!! It doesn't have to be the super high grade vinyl media, but rather just a mid-grade vinyl. Thanks everyone
tlzimmerman 11 Posted May 13, 2010 If its a roll printer, I would look into sihl vinyl, they make inkjet printable. MacTac also makes rolls of it. If you are looking for sheets, look into papillo. Those are the ones I have seen used on here.
hockeygirl 30 Posted May 13, 2010 Another member did a very comprehensive review on the different vinyl. Check out the thread http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,26780.0.html
knucklehead 530 Posted May 13, 2010 Avery's got some I use on my 24 inch Epson, don't know the number, they changed them, but it has done real good. But they don't have 24 inch rolls. And always PhotoTex, awesome material.
