dinki 3 Posted May 11, 2010 I've seen various things that have been monogramed that look like they could be good sellers at our local flea market. I've never seen them in person but it appears to be painted. Does anyone know what techniques are used to get such crisp results? I'm only guessing that this is not done freehand. Please see the attached jpg for an example of what I'm talking about. Thanks.
tlzimmerman 11 Posted May 11, 2010 Looks like vinyl or screen print to me.
tservice 3 Posted May 11, 2010 it appears to be vinyl. I think i can see where the pink vinyl shows a slight lift on top of the black.

hawkeyeent 0 Posted May 11, 2010 I'd say vinyl. You can see some black showing through the top of the "y". Looks nice though, probably used a premium vinyl as well as a heat gun to conform around the curve and seams/lip at the top.
