Has anyone tried Jexar from Fellers?

I spoke with my territory manager with Fellers Friday & he suggested that I use it for decals & bumper stickers. He said that it will work great with pigment ink, but I would need to use an overlaminate like Clear Jet or Frog Juice.

Has anyone tried this?

I should clarify.... it's water-fast, 6 mil matte white calendered vinyl with permanent adhesive.
