n24re 0 Posted April 23, 2010 OK...so I have been lurking here and learned a lot. I use my PCUT for making signs and decals for my store. It may sit for months and not get used then we will run it day in and day out. Here is a pic of my last job. I did the stripe and the logos so we could dress the car up for a few different events. Point of my ramble is the thing has been working like a chanp and now the USB port seems to have just died. I have tried different computers and even tried to use a serial adapter and no luck! I am running Sign Blazer and it has been working just fine and now poof! Please tell me where to go to get my little monster up and running again. We have a lot of worked plannned for it and now it is just sitting here looking all sad. Thanks!
Brandon_Davis 1 Posted April 23, 2010 Sounds like the entire controller failed inside the machine... However some troubleshooting is warranted to confirm, the part is easy enough to get shipped to you!
