Hello!

I dont know what this "bend" is called but i would be happy to know how i bend the text like this in inkscape, Check attached picture.

you can do it in Sign Blazer just type out your text then manipulate then click on distortion then play around with the setting until you get it.  Hope this helps

inkscape is very poor at arches and manipulating txt

the only way i know is ...

type your txt  and then make a circle click on one then hold down shift key and click on the other then go up to text>put on path 

i have never really came close to "master" it i dont like it too much mabey there is a better way

and i dont know a way to give raise the middle higher

It is worth installing the free Signblaster just to get this arch text feature.......I fought DR Stika for years trying to distort text and never got to do it until I installed SBE.
