no you should not

One of the images in your import folder is probably causing the problem - check your import folder for a file with the .ERR extension and remove the corresponding image.

Turn off PREVIEW that should stop it.

The same thing happened to me that fixed it

My signblazer keeps crashing also.  Have reloaded no better,...found no file...what preview do I turn off?  Where and how please.

When you hit import and the file selector opens. You will find a box that can be check for preview in the middle right side of it. Make sure its unchecked.

10-4 I never noticed that.  Mine was actually unchecked and you check it for no previews.  I will give it a try.
