need help getting computer to read my cutter MH871

I bought a Us cutter a few weeks ago and finally recieved it last week and yesterday finally got a chance to set it up. Well in the list of cutters in the SBE list, it doesn't have my cutter in the list, so i need help with finding it, i am running a HP with windows 7 64bit, my old computer died. can someone help me please. and also the clipart software i got with it , i can't use the clipart.. thank you and have a great day..

you have to install the usb to serial driver and its a roland that you use - i cant remember what one right off hand

In the list in signblazer it is listed as the Refine 721.  when using the clipart you must "Import" the art into signblazer.  It should be in .eps format
