camillekindle 0 Posted March 25, 2010 Hello We were cutting a decal right now on our copam cp-4500 and midway in the cut the cutter stopped restarted and asked to measure. We measured it and it restarts itself before completing the measure. My husband said something smells burnt. Any insight on the issue would be appreciated. Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted March 25, 2010 a couple of things come to mind - first if using sub try the serial port -the only time I had trouble with a long cut I switched to serial and cut the big sign with no problem, part 2 is get a support ticket in right away with USC Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
