T-shirt price

Ok, here's the deal.  My squadron (USAF) wants me to make 25 shirts for our Relay for Life team.  It has 1 - 1" x 4" decal on the front, 1 - 12" x 4" decal on the back and a 12" x 8" printed decal on the back.  What would you folks charge?

Is this screen printed? If so, it'd probably need 2 screens so screen charge would be $50 ($25 per screen). And $15 per shirt. Extra $2 per shirt for 2XL.

Thanks for the inputs.  No, they're not screen printed, it all Sisser Easyweed except for the printed part which is 3g jet Opaque.  I was thinking around $15 as well.  Glad I was in the ballpark.
