dill 0 Posted November 30, 2007 I tried to do my first bammer today. A simple 2x6 with the words Merry Christmas across it. I was cutting on 24" wide vinyl and wanted to cut the lenthwise. I unchecked the box that says rotate acroos vinyl. as th vinyl moves back and forth in the cutter, it moves a an angle eventually buckling against the side of the cutter. What am I doing wrong or not doing to cause this? I Hhave a "48" pcut. Thanks in advance Don. :thanks: :thanks:
kenimes 42 Posted November 30, 2007 Make sure you have the pinch rollers in the green sections so they are making contact with the feed rollers, or the material will not feed properly. Also I would suggest manually feeding the materil through a bit with your thumb next to it to check for drift, and if there is drift.....lift up the left pinch roller and adjust accordingly. Sometimes it takes 3-4 runs before you get it as strait as possible.
