Laserpoint cutting everything REALLY small?

Got my laserpoint 24" up and running.

For my 1st test, I wrote my name in Illustrator(then converted it to outlines), saved it as an .eps, then imported it into SignCut.

When I tell it to cut, it's cutting it REALLY small. In Illustrator, it's about 7 inches long, when I tell it to cut in SignCut, it cuts it about 0.5 inches long.

Is there a conversion issue I don't know about because SignCut seems to be defaulted to read in millimeters?

Make sure you press [ENTER] when you change the size in signcut so it adds the .000 after your 7 inches to confirm the size change. I had this problem when I first started using SCP

If you installed SCP correctly there is a plugin available inside Illu that directly converts you illu file to SCP without the hassle of export and import.

In the main screen check if your print size is correct as you designed in illu.

It are the values in the left hand top corner of the main screen.

Check if your values are metric or standard USA.
