can some one please help vectorized this image,i am very frustrated,doing for local fire dept.i need the green part.mendon word and what's around it and through it. thank you so much for any help. i tried in inkscape and it is not very clear. thanks

Michael - if no one has time to do it, I can recommend drakesis.  I had him do one that I had been putting off due to it's complexity and he did a great job and reasonably priced.
