an some one please help vectorize this image,i am very frustrated,doing for local fire dept.i need the green part.mendon word and what's around it and through it. thank you so much for any help

replied in the other thread - you can hire drakesis to do it since no one has time right now (seen when you asked a while back also)

here is what i was able to do with it. you will need to add the trees and play with the lettering a little. but it is as close as i can get.

I did this in the early hours. could not sleep so i thought i would do something helpful. it was done in Inkscape.

no problem. I got the new inkscape .47 and it is nicer than the old one.
