The only way I know how is to print on transfer paper and heat press onto shirt.  From researching I knew there a couple different at home printers that will print on transfer paper, Epson 30 and Epson 1100.  But I think you would definitely have to heat press it.

there is also sublimation, which uses special inks and special garments with NO feel to it whatsoever.  you do pay for this premium though
