New to printing - help please!

Hello, I have used a Refine 721 for the last 2 years.  I am about to upgrade to a Roland PC-60 cutter/printer. 

I have a few questions.  I run a Mac 10.5.....use Inkscape for design, and SignCutX2 with my Refine and have no problems.  However, now that I am about to have printing capabilities, what software do I need?  SignCut will only cut, and not "print" let's say a design I made in Inkscape..........

I want to be able to do both for 1 job, what software do I need that will allow me to print, then cut out the piece that will work on a Mac?

Sorry for the ignorant questions, I normally learn quickly just trying to get some information ahead of time before I start my "trial and error."
