Much easier to retype it and save it as an eps.

That can be done with the fonts you have.

Yep, I just typed it using Stencil and Arial, the apostrophe was't right so I had to steal it from another font, forgot which one though.  Then stretched everything to fit over the original.  Easier and Much cleaner than tracing it.

I generally do as much clean-up as possible either in Fireworks or Photoshop. Then I hit that website for vectorizing.

Typing text or using the pen tool... hmmm

The pen tool certainly has its place in graphics design but if you can just type what you need from commonly available fonts, why go through all that extra work.
