Pricing help

Recommended Posts

Hi All

I need some help on pricing. I've got several pricing formulas they all come out different but in the same ballpark

The problem is I'm new at this and the prices look alittle high... So I thought I'd come to the experts before I bid the job.

BTW... they have a price from someone else and I don't want to be to high or to low... Also I Don't have to do any artwork.

Here is what they are looking for...

29 x 5.... 300pcs

18.5 x 4.. 300pcs

8 x 1.75.. 300pcs

Each size will be cut in 3 different colors 100ea color for a total of 300pcs per size

Thanks for any help!!

Using a simple RUNNING foot method:

29 x 5.... 300pcs $744

18.5 x 4.. 300pcs $378

8 x 1.75.. 300pcs $210

Using my typical PSF method, (length of job x width of roll):

29 x 5.... 300pcs $1488

18.5 x 4.. 300pcs $764

8 x 1.75.. 300pcs $336

That's where i would be. I would use my typical PSF method and if the customer complains move on down to the running foot method but nothing lower. All in all it's coming to be about $4 a foot with either method.

I'd set all these jobs up on 24" vinyl for the best use of space.
