I have a question about all-silhouettes.com

I went to their site and found alot of stuff that I like but after I downloaded and unzipped the compressed file, it only gave me 2 files and a jpeg pic of all the things I would get. Do I have to change all the files and seperate the pics in order to use them from the eps files or other types, or is there a way to get each one individually? If so, what is the best eps file changer to use? I don't have this particular software, I only have Print Shop Pro and Inkscape.

Any help is appreciated.

well,  what files did it give you?    I just downloaded there,  it gave ,me an .eps file and an .ai file  both are cut ready.   I have Flexistarter,   I imported the whole .ai file into my software,  clicked   UNGROUP  selected the image I wanted to use off the page/ scale to size ..  sent to cut.
