choppy lines ----------

I've got a lp24 and all of a sudden all my straight horizontal lines are cutting choppy like ----- so that I have to hand cut them to weed... using oracal 631 and 651 vinyl.  pressure 100 cut speed 60

What should I try to adjust?

Dull knife?

Knife older not placed correctly downwards enough?

newer knife, played with the depth... still doing it.

Load the pen attachment and check to see if you are getting the same thing with the pen. If not then you know it has something to do with your blade holder and/or blade.
