Electech1 0 Posted December 5, 2009 I am using artcut 2009: I need to cut thin outline letters. I hope I am explaining this right, inside of the letter hollow. Just a 1/8" or whatever vinyl outline. I read in another post about an outline / inline option in the advance tab, but mine does not have that. I have done this before but for the life of my I can't figure it out this time. And of course I needed it yesterday after I told my customer "no Problem"!! I know I could make 2 letters, one smaller inside the other one but there must be an easier way, right? I have recently started using artcut, was using a roland cutter with their software. Also there is a box around all my letters when I go to cut, can I get rid of that? It is not there in the .bmp I am using. Thanks Steve
allsorts 0 Posted December 5, 2009 Try this, type what ever word or letter you want,Then select it and click on text on the tool bar then select hollow. You can change the width and size of the outline aswell. Is this what your after.

Electech1 0 Posted December 12, 2009 Ok the hollow option worked. It was just what I needed, even gives and box to set the outline width. Thanks very much!!!
