i want to thank everyone who helps us newbees out there we couldnt do anything with out you i am still learning how to vectorize still havent perfected it if possible and someone is up for the challenge i would once again be thankfull for someone to clean this up for me its the state of indiana with some counties drawn on it once again thank you i cant say it enought

i actually got this in pdf format i checked on some states also but they had all the counties or none at all i just need these counties only in the state

I'm not at my shop so there's not much I can do right now.  One suggestion - that website has Indiana with all of the counties on it as well.  Perhaps you can print it out.  Then scan it into Signblazer or another vector software.  Edit it from there.

Another idea would be to print a copy.  Then retrace it with a sharpie, and scan it back in.
