Gold Leaf Vinyl and Epoxy Resin?

I have a customer how wants to put their logo(gold leaf vinyl) on a table top and lay a coat of epoxy resin. My question is will the resin affect the gold leaf vinyl in anyway? Also they want a pinstripe bordering around the entire bar in gold leaf, the stripe will be 80 ft total. surely i won't be ordering an 80ft roll of gold leaf, i can do it in 5ft intervals right? Any help will greatly be appreciated, thanks

I don't think it would affect it any. I've seen people put baseball cards under it and it worked fine on them. It would be an expensive test. Upload a pic if it works I would like to see.

Yea i have also seen sport bars with baseball cards resin into the tables some even have newspaper clippings. i think that the gold leaf vinyl should be able to withstand the chemicals from the resign. Thanks for the reply, and i will post a pic.
