Importing AI. files from graphic Requests

Hello everyone.

                      Could someone possibly tell me why I cant get a AI. file that is posted in Graphics requests to open in signblazer. I can download EPS. files and send them to my C-drive, and they open, but when I download a AI. file and send it to my c-drive, and try and open it in signblazer ,it is not there. Am I doing something wrong ?? Could someone please help me with this.  Thank You.....

I have had issues in the past importing .AI files as well. If you open them up in illustrator frist then Copy  and Paste them into Sign Blazer that seems to work for most of them!

I have found that if I have a .ai on the desktop and try to import into sbe it will not see the file unless it is in a folder.
