pcut 630 cutting

my pcut 630 from uscutters in not cutting straight line like when you cut lettering ex ::: Fall the straight part on the f and ll when the blade goes left to right cuts dotted lines all the curve parts are perfect

Are the feed rollers rolling freely? Also could you take a picture

Blade sticking out to far from the blade holder, and not enough pressure being used. Very little blade out- just the very, very tip. Pressure of at least 120 or higher.
