got a call from them today they left a message for me to call them back. all i can think of is one of them places i signed up for a sample from gave them My number should i be worried?

One thing is for sure call was not about samples.

Looks like someone reported you to bbb, possibly unsatisfied customer.

I get those calls yearly.

They always want me to register my business with them.

And oh..... they always charge for their services.

If you want to know if there is a complaint before you call them back, just check your business name on their website.

Chances are if you are a registered business they were calling to try to get you to pay to be a member.
