guffman 0 Posted October 23, 2007 I am trying to cut out the POW/MIA LOGO as a jpeg but it will not let me it says it will not cut the bitmap. Any suggestions?
Guest sciondrgn Posted October 24, 2007 You will need to vectorize the image first before you can cut it. Inkscape can do this or the program your using should be able to do it as well Also Here is one on BotW already vectorized http://brandsoftheworld.com/search/?action=search&text=POW
guffman 0 Posted October 24, 2007 OK went and saved vectorized photo as a gif. Still when I try to cut it says this image contains a bitmap and will not cut.
Guest sciondrgn Posted October 24, 2007 Dont save it back to a jpg/gif/bmp.. Those image formats wont save trace lines for the cutter to follow Click the link above then click on the photo and save it as EPS then import it into SignBlazer.. You will want to weld all the objects (Go To Arrange then Weld -> Total Weld ) Then set your size and you should be ready to cut
guffman 0 Posted October 24, 2007 What is EPS. I do not have that option of saving.
kenimes 42 Posted October 24, 2007 You are using InkScape or SignBlazer to vectorize?
