Any chance we could make this a sticky? I only ask because I'm always searching for this information and can never find it  

Remember people, these are just guidelines. Just take into account what your customer is requesting - even though you may know better  ,

as well as the font type (serif vs. sans-serif), and if it's mixed casing vs. all caps.
