kctrader 10 Posted August 21, 2009 I've got a customer who is looking to replace a 12' x 8' real estate sign. His original sign was made of three sheets of 1/2" MDO that was mounted on a 2" x 4" frame attached to 2 phone poles. Eighty mile an hour winds took out the MDO panels. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the best way to go for the new substrate. Use MDO again or something else? Thanks for any thoughts.
bayshorecreations 30 Posted August 21, 2009 5/8 plywood with a one piece sheet of aluminum attached to it. 80 MPH winds are a bit rare so I wouldnt worry about that unless the customer is concerned.
