DVD to iPod

For those of you who rip DVD for your iPhone/iPod/iTouch, what software do you use and how well does it work for you?

I've had mixed results with various software, however, the one thing that I have difficulties with is to get the audio to sync properly with the video.

I use Xilisoft for Mrs. grumpybadgers I-Touch.

Not the cheapest at aroung $65, but so far it has been absolutely faultless. I tried loads of different free trial products before commiting to it and most a were a real disappointment. Glad I spent the cash as its been well worth it for the amount of grief it has saved.
