vgiex 0 Posted August 11, 2009 Hi first of all LaserPoint cutter is my second one. My first one is the Pcut series. I had some problems with Pcut but nothing major like the LaserPoint. 1. Three screws are missing from the left of the inner wall. I don't think it is normal. I finally found the vibrating noise. 2. Cracked blade holder ring. I noticed after I loosen the screw to replace the blade. It never happen to Pcut. Is this replacesable? 3. Cutting while the blade was on up mode and skip the cut. What is the problem. offset is fine. pressure is fine. We been using this for 2 months now and it just happened. Is this because for the holder ring or something else?
