Creation Pcut with sign cut xc

i used sc x2 before and it worked fine till the trial ran out, then i started using sign blazer i dont have a the old serial port so i use usb everything works fine with sign blazer except somtimes it will stop cuting half way through and wastes a lot of vinyl and it dosnt does it on the same jobs, so i just bought sc x2 and when i hit cut it eighter dosnt work, or the head goes all the way right till if hits the red button, thanks
