Newbie here, can't get the file type right! Help with an image please!

Hope this works!  For some reason, I'm having a hard time getting it to accept a file type.  If you can help, I'd appreciate it!!

it has too poor quality, do you have anything that isnt so digitized? maby not blown up? the words come out fine, but the guy is really pixulated, or however you want to put it.
