I talked to bundownbaker today and we determined it is a faulty motherboard. I have been testing all international plotters before shipping as a spot check and this is one of those cases. I've tested dozens of plotters and have not found one yet that has a problem out of the box. I hate to make excuses and try to put the blame on shipping folks but this case is pretty clear. We are doing a parts replacement and hope to get bundownbaker up and running as soon as possible.
