How to adjust the pinch rollers

Hey guys. I have a MH1351 and it seems to track better with the two far left pinch rollers rather then the two closest to the control panel. Now I did tinker with the pressure on the first two rollers and I am afraid I have them uneven. What is the procedure for making the pressure even on the pinch rollers?

Simply look at the ones you adjusted and equal them out with the ones that remain. Or make them all flush with the top of each nut.
