Can someone help me with this file?

I dont understand what I am doing wrong but everytime I try cutting this file there are random cuts EVERYWHERE and my cutter starts making all kinds of crazy noises. I have cut several other things throughout the day with no problem but this file has been kicking my butt since yesterday.

I would start with looking at the Longhorn heads. Each one has hundreds of nodes. That is why your machine is making all of the strange noises. It has to compute a path between each node. Go into SignBlazer and Arrange + Split objects. It will seperate your Texas into two peices and make each of your Longhorns into seperate elements. Pick one to simplify by using Node Edit and remove as many un-needed nodes as possible. Then you can figure the spacing and duplicate the simplified one. (1.14 vertical and .93 horizontal.) Then try it again.
