I have a pcut 630 comin on the 24th and I'm tryin to learn everything I can

About this machine as I ready have a ton of business when they found out.

I have inkscape, corel x4,sbensigncut x2, and the cutter is coming with flexi

Which of these is the easiest to use as they all seem confusing.

I like sbe but when I do a design and go to cut to see how it will look

only a portion of the image is shown and there is still a lot of room shown

As vinyl. Also when doing text hoe do you determine what weill be

Weeded out and what will be actual graphic. I have ordered 36 yards

Of oracle interm in white black and red to start out with the uscutter

App tape. Is this a good brand of tape for the vinyl.also I found a squeegee

For tint and was wondering if it will be alright to use. sorry for so many questions

But I don't want to loose business and you all are the only ones

I know to ask this stuff too. I appreciate all of your alls help so far and

Hope you can help me with this. I am usuing my blackberry to type this so I hope it is readable

Hello,

Can you post a pic (screen capture) of the design you are trying to view??  Also, I have the Inkscape but I only use Corel Draw for making my designs.  It is an older version 12, but sending to sign cut is as simple as it gets.  I tried to export my files as ai or eps but that never worked for me, but Corel Draw has a little icon that looks like a Cutter Blade on the top menu that drops down and you have the option to send directly to Singcut from there. Here are some pics that explain the Corel.

Here is the image sent to sign cut

Hope this helps on at least 1 of your questions

You are most likely only seeing part of your graphic in the SignBlazer cut window because you only have one color selected to cut. In the upper right corner of the cut window you will see all of the colors used in your design. You will only see the ones that do not have an X next to them.

One other possible reason why you are not seein your entire design is that it is out of the workspace (pink rectangle). Every element must be at least partially inside of the workspace to be seen in the cut window.

When cutting text, you will determine what is used and what is not used. It depends if you want the text as solid vinyl or as cutouts. After you do it a couple of times you will  get the hang of it. The same will apply to graphics. If you want a negative image you can weed opposite elements.

Thanks everyone. I was able to figure out why the whole image wasn't selected

When I sent it to the cutter. It was due to sbe settin the text and the image as two

Seperate colors so by holding control and selecting the color with the x on it I was

Able to view the entire graphic with text. I am trying to create a calvin peeing image

And cut about 10 copies but I noticed that there is a strip of vinyl on the ends that is

Not being used. Is there an easy way to prevent this waste or is there a way to cut like

A bumper sticker along that side? Anyone know the standard size for the calvin peeing decals
