SmokinZMan 2 Posted June 18, 2009 I have had my LP24 for almost a year now and love it, But It seems to have problems with small items, Letters are very tough under 1" and small details in other images seem to be a problem also. So I was just checking to see if anyone else has the same problems. Setup is all defaults from SB install and blades that came with the cutter. tlzimmerman 11 Posted June 18, 2009 Offset is where you need to start. Have you ever adjusted your offset in your cutting software. I have a refine, but I have cut weedable text down to 2.5 mm or so. After that try retracting your blade, the less blade the better when it comes to cutting intricate stuff, or try a 60 degree blade. less blade and more force means better cuts on my machine most of the time.
