When I Cut, It says Can Not Open OutPut Device? HelppP!

I have a Desk Top, & a MH721 US Cutter.

When I cut something it won't let me cut. I have a usb port which is plugged it but it says when i go

to cut can not open out put device. Can anyone tell me what to ddo..

do a search, there are quite a few topics on this already...  it seems to be a common problem with a simple solution...  Make sure the correct com port is selected in setup and possibly try the serial cable and not the usb cable.

I have the USB Already in, and i'm not exactly sure what Serial port it should be in.
