i also need to come up with a disclaimer for if they wish to install it there self were not responsible if they mess it up and i also would like to ask yalls opinon on how much you all would charge to install wall art thanks

I charge $20 flat fee for install on stuff that will take me just not very long, or around $40 an hour.

As far as a disclaimer, I send out with all my decals something pretty simple like "We cannot be responsible if a decal is destroyed during install.  As such please review our online instructions and videos on how to apply your decals.  If you have any questions at all do not hesitate to contact us."  I have never had a problem, and if they do mess them up I usually cut them a deal on the next set.

Search around the forums for examples of installation instruction sheets. 

I would then add to the bottom something along the lines of "due to the wide variation in types of wallcoverings/paint, we cannot be responsible for accidents or errors in the installation of wallwords"

Or be like tlz and upsell the install!
