Hi Altered Hope,

This forum is probably the best marketing tool a company could imagine.  If I owned the company, I would pay someone to monitor the forum to ensure that it reflected well on the staff, responsiveness and products. 

Considering the difficulties I have experienced, I can understand that this is probably another area where improvements can be made.

Thanks for your post.  I assumed my phone calls and emails were intentionally ignored.  Maybe they are simply too busy to respond.  Hopefully that is the case.

How is the new Graphtec that we traded you out for? I am glad I was able to waive your 20% restocking fee and get you into a Graphtec. I look forward to closing out your issues soon and I hope to work with you on future orders.

The Graphtec is a dream.  It's like sitting in the back of a limo drinking a glass of wine.  No worries, no stress and accurate cuts every time.  I have too much free time on my hands now. 

It's good to hear from you.  I have been worried about my refund.  I would be taking my wife out to dinner rather than posting on these forums with my free time, but my $'s are tied up in the other cutter.

You may want to hire one or two more staff to stay in touch with your customers.  I purchased my first cutter from you because your support looked so good.  I lost my faith when I returned the cutter and there was no communications from you.  You guys are going in the right direction to dominate the cutter market.  You just need to stay focused on your customers.  Trust and reputation are much better selling features than price.  Knowing that you are there to stand behind your product when we have a problem is more important to me than saving a few $'s up-front.
