USCutter Raindrop Craft and Scrapbooking Cutter settings????

I just bought one of these cutters a few weeks ago. First there is no preset for the signblazer software?? Does anyone know what it is supposed to be??? And even thought it came with the software no where in the instructions is there listed the preset that you are to use...... After messing with this thing for several hours I got it to work with thecalling it a UScutter LaserPoint on the USB003 setting(kinda).... It has error out on at least 75% of what has gone through it. And to think I talked my wife out of the Cricket she wanted for this thing!!!! Not happy with it so far..

I have never heard of the rainbow so sorry cant help you with that!
