HELP! i can't find my bottle of rapid tac

and i can't find any recipes with the search function. i need to make some app fluid pronto. recipes anyone?

quart of water, few drops of dishwashing liquid,and some alcohol is what I use. Sometimes as much as 30% alcohol. Rubbing alcohol,NOT denatured.

Personally, I use the blue windshield wiper fluid in place of alcohol.Got that from a long-time sign guy and it works great.And at $1 a gallon,the price is right.
