Make into outline

still learing the programs, i know there has to be an easy way to do this. i dont want it to cut out the whole thing i want it to be more of an outline of the fingers. can someone do it for me real quick and post up the method they used. thanks

IT WILL ONLY CUT THE BLACK..sorry about the caps..

Try this.  I just converted the objects from solid to stroked lines, then outlined the strokes in Illustrator.  Can't tell ya how to do it in anything else, unfortunately.
